Dr.N.Md.Akbar Ali Baig obtained his B.A.B.L.,(Criminology and Penology) from Government Law College, Chennai, M.L, (Labour Law and Administrative Law) from the same institute. He has completed his Doctoral Studies (Ph.D) at Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University in the field of International Labour Law.

After completing his undergraduate and postgraduate studies, he worked as a Legal Analyst at Taurus Quest and practised in Tiruvallur District and Madras High Court for a short duration. His academic career as a Guest Faculty at Government Law College, Chengalpattu began at 2014. Served as teaching staff in the following legal institution: Guest Faculty at School of Excellence in Law-TNDALU, Assistant Professor in Saveetha School of Law-Chennai, Assistant Professor (Contract) at School of Excellence in Law-TNDALU, Assistant Professor at Bharath Institute of Law. He is presently working as Associate Professor at Erode College of Law.

He cleared the State Eligibility Test (SET) in 2016. He is a determined Human Rights activist teaching “Rule of Life in convergence with the Rule of Law” with enthusiasm. He has attended several international and national conferences, seminars, and workshops. He often publishes blogs on social topics and legal writings and has published papers to reputable publications. He is a member of All India Law Teachers Association, TNDALU Semester Examiner, and continues to contribute in the legal scholarship and pedagogy with devotion and vision.
