Iswariya V is an Assistant Professor at Erode College of Law. She earned her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Lady Doak College, Madurai, received the Silver Medal (College Second) in LL.B at PRIST University School of Law, and completed her LL.M. in Environmental Law and Legal Order from the School of Excellence in Law, Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai, where she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. as a part‑time research scholar. She has also qualified both UGC‑NET and SET, further strengthening her academic credentials.

Her academic contributions include numerous research articles published in national and international journals in the fields of Environmental Law, International Law, and Human Rights. She has presented papers at several national and international conferences and actively participated law quizzes. She have actively participated in many conferences, workshops and seminars on Social Defence, Positive Psychology, Women’s studies, Commercial contracts, Cyberspace law, and International environmental law. 

Her areas of expertise span Environmental Law, International Law, Criminal Law, and Constitutional Law, reflecting her broad engagement with contemporary legal issues.

At the early stage of her academic career, she have actively participated  in many student‑centric activities, including organising and volunteering in workshops, conferences, and law quiz competitions. 
Her Vision as an Professor emphasising that Discipline and Hard Work  are the two essential pillars that shape students into successful professionals, while fostering critical thinking, responsibility, and ethical values to prepare them for meaningful contributions to society.
