Mr. MUTHUKUMAR C completed his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) with specialization in Constitutional Law and LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). He has been practicing Advocate before the Madras High Court, Chennai, with over three years of litigation experience in Constitutional Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Contract Law, and Commercial Law.

During his undergraduate studies, he successfully completed 52 research papers in various fields of law, reflecting his strong commitment to legal research. He was awarded the Best Presenter Award at Saveetha School of Law in 2017 and has actively participated in around 50 State and National Moot Court Competitions, strengthening his advocacy and legal research skills. He has also served as an Adjudicator in several Tamil and English Moot Court Competitions, contributing to the development of advocacy and legal reasoning among law students.

He presently serves as the Faculty Coordinator of the Moot Court Association, Erode College of Law. His areas of expertise include Constitutional Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Contract Law, Commercial Law, and Legal Drafting. He believes in integrating practical courtroom experience with academic learning to develop competent, ethical, and socially responsible legal professionals.
