He  attained Ph.D in English Language Teaching( ELT) from the Anna University Chennai.He served in K S Rangaswamy College of Technology,( Autonomous) Tiruchengode as Professor of English and Controller of Examinations upto 2018.In the year 2018 ,he joined as Professor of English in Gnanmani College of Technology, Namakkal and served upto 2024.

In the year july 2024 ,he joined as Professor of English and Academic advisor in Erode College of Law Perudurai,He has research experience of 10 years and He is a Doctoral Committee Member for two students pursuing Ph.D.under  Anna University Chennai.He has 40 years of experience to his credit.He has served as  Board of Studies Chairman for Science and Humanities Departments ( Autonomous).

He has published two papers in the International Journal and presented 15 papers international and national conferenc and attended 20 workshop.He was called as subject expert on confidential assignments from various reputed autonomous and afflliated institutions under the Anna University. He  is an accredited soft skills trainer and  got certification from Infosys, Bangalore.

He is known for academic rigor and dedication to the field of ELT to promote legal education.He has rich  experience in training and placement  cell to facilitate corporate to visit campus.He  is a teacher not by chance but by choice with strong passion for teaching and learning.He is a strong communicator, adaptable, determined and passionate teacher connects with students curriculum and their meaningful career path.
